Trimble, Inc. the building 2300 55th St, according to a news release from Dean Callan & Co. Elevations sold the building because is looking to consolidate into its Interlocken locationin Broomfield, according to the release.
Becky Gamble of Dean Callan & Company along with CBRE represented Elevations in the transaction; Trimble, Inc. was represented by Cresa, according to the release.
