Strauss Before Being Arrested At Luxor This JulyKen Strauss, a man who went viral with several videos depicting his antics during the 2019 World Series of Poker main event, has been indicted on terrorism charges following a series of disturbing posts on social media.

The Pittsburgh sports super fan was disqualified during day 1c of the $10,000 buy-in main event after he went all-in blind, exposed his hole cards, mooned his opponents, and then threw his shoes on the table. Later that night, he was arrested after dropping his pants while standing on a craps table at the Luxor.

A couple weeks later, Strauss found himself once again in hot water, this time for posts he made on Twitter that referenced Las Vegas shootings and tagged President Donald Trump.

In a town still reeling from the deadliest mass shooting in history, law enforcement wasn’t going to take any chances. Strauss was arrested for the tweets in late July, and he posted the $20,000 bond the next day.

Following a court hearing on Friday, Aug. 29, Nevada Chief District Judge Linda Bell has indicted Strauss for making threats of an act of terrorism. His bond has now been set at $150,000 and he is due back in court Sept. 5.
