A storm system will be passing just south of New England on Saturday producing a wintry mix of sleet, rain and possible snow in northern portions of the state.
Southern areas will have rain and possibly some sleet mixing in.
The entire region should end as rain midday.
High temperatures will be in the upper 30s to the mid-40s.
High pressure will settle into the region Sunday and Monday with partly to mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the mid-40s.
The next system will arrive late Monday night with light snow that could linger into Tuesday morning as rain or snow.
