Sanne

Hello Sanne would you like to introduce yourself to our readers?
Hi my name is Sanne, 25 years old and I live in the southern region of the Netherlands.

When did you first get into tattoos?
I got my first tattoo when I was 15 years old. I wanted some reminder of my mum, who passed away when I was 5 years old. I like the fact that I can express myself through my tattoos and be a little different from most people.

Sanne

Who has tattooed you and why your choice of tattoos?
I have been tattooed by various artists, most of them Dutch artists such as Frankie Deny, Simone Schmitz and others. When I started to get more tattoos I liked the idea of getting artworks by multiple different artists from different countries. I always try to get tattooed when I go on holiday (Laurent Trelaun) or visiting tattoo conventions (Paul Dobleman, Stef Bastian). I really like the look of American Traditional Tattoos. You know what they say, bold will hold!

Sanne

What do you do for a living?
I work as a graphic designer for a brand that sells hair extensions. I manage their social media and produce content. The fact that i can use my creativity is one of the main reasons why I love my job.

Sanne

What are your interests? You’re really into fashion aren’t you?
Yeah I am. It’s yet another way to express myself. I always try to create a lot of different outfits with just a couple of different pieces. My absolute fashion must haves are band shirts & vans.
