Easy. Kind of an odd name, if you line it up against the swarm of fires in the Los Angeles area in recent weeks: Saddleridge, Getty, Tick (OK, that was a little odd), Basin fire ... .

The Easy fire has burned more than 400 acres with no containment in just over an hour in Simi Valley. Evacuations are underway in some areas of Ventura County.

Although the continuous firefight is not easy, turns out this battle is near Easy Street.

Easy Street runs in to Los Angeles Avenue, and connects to Madera Road, ultimately it connects to the Ronald Reagan Library, which puts Easy Street smackdab into the area where the fire started.

Easy Street, south of the the 118 Freeway, also connects Madera to First Street (east to west) in Simi.
