The man accused of pointing a gun and then fleeing officers in Longmont last year has taken a plea deal in his case.
Isaiah Carpio, 22, pleaded guilty April 8 to second-degree assault and felony menacing, according to online court records.
Prosecutors dropped the remaining counts in the case, which included more felony menacing charges, weapons charges and reckless endangerment charges.
