BABSON PARK, Fla.- Coastal Georgia’s volleyball team (7-7(0-2)) fell 3-0 against Webber International (11-5(1-1)) on Wednesday in Babson Park, Fla in each team’s second Sun Conference game of the season.

The Warriors took the match in straight sets with 25-17, 25-15 and 25-13 wins.

Kyla Mullen played libero for the first time this season and recorded 12 digs.

Aaliyah Saunders led the team with six kills on an impressive .417 hitting percentage. Natalia Willhelm Heguaburu and Chantiya Johnson were tied for second on the team in points with 5.5.

The Warriors recorded a .306 hitting percentage and coupled that with 17 serving aces. Bailey Sikkema led the team with 10 kills while Cintia Lorena recorded eight of her own.

The Mariners will travel to Miami Gardens, Fla. on Saturday to take on Sun Conference opponent St. Thomas University at 2 pm.
