Ingredients :
Mandi Spice Mix.
Cumin Seeds 2Tsp
Coriander Seeds 2Tsp
Peppercorns 2Tsp
Bay Leaves 2 Pieces
Cinnamon Stick 1 Medium
Roasted Lemon Optional
Roast Couple Minutes until You Feel Fragrant then Grind All The spices .
Step Two For Meat ;
Lamb Shanks Or Whichever Meat You Prefer :
Green Chillies 4 to 5 Chopped
A Half Of Onion
Garlic Cloves 3 to 4
Water 1 litre
When Meat Is tender Separate Stock From Meat .
Marinate Meat with
Mandi spices 1Tsp
Pinch Of Saffron
Olive Oil 2 Tsp
And Grill On Pan to Give Nice Roasted colour .
Step 2 For Rice.
Basmati Rice 500 grams
Soak in water 20 to 30 mins
Add To Pan
Onion chopped 1small
Garlic clove whole peels 3 to 4
Mandi Spice 1 Tsp
Add Stock When Onion Light Brown Bring To boil.
Add Rice Cook Medium Flame Until Water almost dry then Very Low Flame 10 Mins.
