Xcel Energy has reported a power outage impacting about 2,000 customers in east Boulder.

The outage is impacting 1,974 people and was first reported at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday, according to Xcel Energy’s website.

Xcel estimated power would be restored to the area by 1 p.m.

Any intersections with downed traffic lights should be treated as four-way stops.
