The man arrested in connection to a fatal assault at a Boulder gas station last week was charged Friday with manslaughter and will not be facing murder counts.
Brian Andrew Farrar, 21, was formally charged with manslaughter, a Class 4 felony, according to online court records.
Under the Colorado statute, a person is guilty of manslaughter if “such person recklessly causes the death of another person.”
