The town of Frederick celebrated Miners Day on Saturday with a traditional parade, a burro race, all-day festivities featuring bands and vendors, and a grand finale fireworks show. Miners Day is Frederick’s premier community event that originated as a celebration to honor and remember Frederick’s mining heritage.
