An Auckland house builder granted $100,000-plus in government wage subsidies has gone under, leaving homes unfinished after suffering cost-overruns of more than $400,000.

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones of KhovJones are joint liquidators of the North Shore business and say they have secured all the building sites and are talking to clients whose homes are unfinished.
