McConnell Johnson Real Estate is now Johnson Commercial Real Estate.
Along with this change, a newly redesigned logo and website have been launched.
The change comes with the departure of partner Paul McConnell who wanted to focus on other commercial development opportunities as well as family philanthropic efforts. McConnell operates a separate commercial real estate development company.

The office buildings are located in downtown Wilmington.
Holdings include The Chancery Market Food Hall & Bar, which opened this past December, as well as plans for a boutique hotel, an art-house theater and other building and parking upgrades for both properties. Further information is available at www.jcomre.com.
The company’s two office buildings have been dealing with a long-running soft market for office space in downtown.
1201 North Market is the tallest building in Delaware at 23 stories. However, it is not prominent as its height would suggest since it is downhill from other office high rises.
