The Boulder Valley School District is looking for community members to join its Community Bond Oversight Committee to provide monitoring and review of projects for its $350 million capital construction bond issue.

Membership includes parents, teachers, principals, representatives from all district communities and former Capital Improvement Plan Review Committee members. Professional experience in fields related to capital construction such as architecture, engineering, business, construction and accounting/financial management is a plus.

Members serve two and three year terms. Applications are due March 17.

The committee will meet quarterly initially. Upcoming meeting dates are Wednesdays, May 17, Sept. 20 and Dec. 13. Meetings are held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., in-person, at the Education Center, 6500 E. Arapahoe Road, Boulder.
