247Sports ranks Georgia as SEC’s most explosive offenses for 2023

The Georgia Bulldogs are expected to open the 2023 college football season as the nation’s No. 1 ranked team. Fresh off of back-to-back national championships, FanDuel lists Georgia’s odds to win it all this year at +220, the best in the nation.

And given the amount of talent returning to Athens this season, those odds make sense. Especially when you look at the offensive firepower.

That’s why 247Sports ranked Georgia’s offense as the ‘most explosive’ in the SEC for the 2023 season.

Sure, quarterback Stetson Bennett is gone. So is offensive tackle Broderick Jones and tight end Darnell Washington. And so is wide receiver Adonai Mitchell.

But Georgia returns talent everywhere, including ~ hopefully ~ at quarterback with Carson Beck.

Tight end Brock Bowers might be the best player in America next season, and then the Bulldogs have a ton of talent at wide receiver, including Dominic Lovett, Rara Thomas, Ladd McConkey, Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, Arian Smith and Dillon Bell

Not to mention the offensive line, which Phil Steele says is the best group in the nation. At offensive line, Georgia returns Sedrick Van Pran, Tate Ratledge, Amarius Mims and Xavier Truss.

And at running back, Kendall Milton and Daijun Edwards will carry the load.

Offensive coordinator Mike Bobo will have plenty of talent to work with.
