Georgia faces a 0-1 Ball State team that fell 44-14 at Kentucky last week. Kentucky bottled up star Ball State running back Marquez Cooper and forced the Cardinals to turnover the football twice. Kentucky used a 20 point second quarter to build up a lead against Ball State after trailing 7-3 to end the first quarter.
Georgia quarterback Carson Beck will make his second career start against Ball State. Beck missed a few opportunities in the season opener, but avoided turnovers.

Georgia wide receiver Ladd McConkey and running back Daijun Edwards both missed the season opener and should be considered questionable.

We think Georgia is going to look better in Week 2. After getting off to a slow start in Week 1 against UT Martin, fans should expect Georgia to look crisper on offense in Week 2. Beware though, Georgia is likely going to keep things pretty vanilla on the offense end. Still, we expect Georgia’s talent to prevail against the spread this week.
