Lawrence Co., IL Sheriff’s Office Moving

The Lawrence County, Illinois Sheriff’s Office is in the process of moving to 110-20 State Route 250 in Lawrenceville or the Old Lawrence County Rural Health building.

Once the move is complete, and the necessary operational equipment installed, the community will be notified.

The new Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office will have office hours of 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. when it opens.

Requests for deputies and reports of emergencies should be made the same way as before, through Lawrence County E911 dispatch.

The Lawrence County Jail will remain at 13-06 Lexington Avenue in Lawrenceville and questions regarding detainees, putting money on accounts, booking and release will continue to be dealt with at the jail.
