WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — West Haven Police Department have closed down Peck Avenue and the surrounding area after reports came in of a person being was shot on Monday evening.
A preliminary report confirms that one person was shot and they sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, an investigation is currently taking place and they believe this to be an isolated incident with no further threat to the public.
The investigation remains ongoing.
