Small plane crashes in Florida yard

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Two people were hurt after a small plane crashed into a yard in Central Florida on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the plane crashed into a backyard near Lake Molly Avenue around 3 p.m.

Two people in the plane were taken to a hospital as trauma alerts. However, they were both conscious and alert after the crash.
