- ½ (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes (use half of the can of tomatoes)
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 1 (32-oz) package precooked mashed potatoes
- 1½ cups shredded colby jack cheese divided
