Suffield baseball falls in the Class M championship game

MIDDLETOWN – The Suffield baseball team had its best season ever this year, winning 24 games.

But the Wildcats, top-seeded in Class M, fell short of their final goal Friday night.

Suffield lost to No. 15 St. Joseph, 7-1, in the Class M state championship game at Palmer Field.
