Weather aware through Wednesday for extreme heat, cooldown late week

Weather Aware for Dangerous Heat: Monday through Wednesday, heat index values will climb into the 105-110°+ range, making for life-threatening conditions.

Heat Advisory: In effect for nearly all of central Alabama until 9 PM Tuesday for heat index values up to 109°. 

Tonight: Temperatures will fall into the lower to middle 70s tonight with dry conditions and clear skies.
