The Guilford Little League softball team lost a heartbreaker Sunday night, 2-1 to Johnstown, Pa. in the opening game of the Little League Softball World Series in Greenville, N.C.
Johnstown, the Mid-Atlantic champion, scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning after Guilford pitcher Maeve Eagleson had a no-hitter heading into the sixth.
