TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Hillsborough Pet Resource Center has reached 600% capacity for cats inside their shelter.

“We have to get very creative when we get this many cats,” said Chelsea Waldeck, the division director.

The shelter has the most feline friends it’s maybe ever had. Waldeck says they’ve had to fill every kennel, office and backroom to hold more than 300 of them.
