Route 159 is closed in Suffield after a serious crash Thursday afternoon.
It happened around 1:45 p.m.
A car driving south on Route 159 crossed over the double yellow line and collided head-on with a sprinter-style van, according to police.
The driver of the car suffered very serious injuries and was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
