Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Crack Jalapeño Poppers are crazy good! Spicy jalapeno peppers stuffed with a cheesy filling and wrapped with bacon. They’re the kind of appetizer you can’t stop eating—seriously, once you try one, you’re going back for more. These poppers are always a hit on game day, tailgates, or any get-together where good snacks are a must.
What does CRACK mean?
If a recipe has “crack” in the title it means that the recipe has cheddar, bacon, and ranch in the ingredients. It all started with my Crack Dip way back in 2007. I made the dip for a Titans football game. Everyone went crazy over it. We couldn’t stop eating it and said it was like crack. The name stuck.
According to the dictionary, the definition of crack is “of superior excellence or ability”. We think the flavor combination of cheddar, bacon, and ranch fits this definition! This recipe is most definitely of superior excellence!

How to Make Crack Jalapeño Poppers
This appetizer is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Mix together cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch mix in a medium bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Slice each jalapeño in half the long way, and remove the seeds and membranes. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeno half. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Secure bacon with a toothpick if needed.
Place jalapenos onto a baking sheet topped with a wire rack. Bake in a preheated oven until the bacon is crispy. Garnish with parsley or chives.
