MILFORD — Gov. Matt Meyer said Delaware is standing with small businesses at a time when many entrepreneurs are being “squeezed” by rising costs, competition, discrimination and governmental red tape.
To help lessen the burden, he signed two executive orders Thursday designed to simplify state processes and expand opportunities for smaller firms.
