Eden Hill Shopping Center slated for mixed-use future




BEAR — Eden Square Shopping Center is slated for a major redevelopment with plans filed to demolish part of its strip mall to make room for seven new retail buildings and an apartment complex.

When complete, there will be 363,448 gross square feet new space built at the Eden Hill Shopping Center, including the apartment complex.
