Baltimore developer plans mixed-use Middletown project




MIDDLETOWN — A Baltimore developer has revealed plans to build a mixed-use development of 75 acres off Bunker Hill Road in Middletown, shortly after closing a deal with local developers Lee and Louis Ramunno.
