Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikīkī Beach Resort and Hilton Waikōloa Village have announced the appointment of Darcie Patlidzanov as senior sales manager overseeing both resorts.
With a background in sales and a track record of exceeding revenue goals, Patlidzanov brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position.
As senior sales manager, Patlidzanov will oversee sales activities for both Hilton
Hawaiian Village Waikīkī Beach Resort on O‘ahu and Hilton Waikōloa Village on the Big Island.
Her responsibilities will include managing accounts of all sizes, cultivating relationships with clients, and researching and soliciting group business.
Previously, she served as the complex sales manager between Hilton Hawaiian Village
and Hilton Waikōloa Village. In that role she successfully managed the Hawai‘i territory
and small groups and exceeded the 2022 Individual Revenue Goal for both resorts.
Prior to her joining Hilton, she was the assistant front office manager at Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club, a role which equipped her with skills in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In her role as director of national accounts at Turtle Bay Resort, she excelled in proactive account management, securing repeat business, and fostering relationships with key third-party companies.
Patlidzanov’s success throughout her career has been recognized by a variety of
awards and accolades. She was a 2017 Benchmark Platinum Club and Sales Incentive
Trip Winner and was nominated for Benchmark Sales Executive of the Year in the same
year. She has also held Manager of the Year, Manager of the Quarter, and other
awards.
“We congratulate Darcie on a well-deserved promotion to senior sales manager,” said
Debi Bishop, managing director of Hilton Hawaiian Village. “We’re confident that her continued success will greatly benefit our group sales clients and our sales teams at large.”
