Located on the DuPont Experimental Station campus near Wilmington, the 130,000-square-foot lab and office space offers tenants cutting-edge equipment alongside a suite of entrepreneurship programs and opportunities supporting startup growth. Under the leadership of founding leader Bill Provine, The Innovation Space attracted and helped develop companies like Prelude Therapeutics, Napigen, Versogen, and more. As of 2023, the “start-up farm” broke $1 billion in investments and signed with an international broker to boost the site’s profile.
