The East Las Vegas Community Center welcomed a community baby shower on Feb. 19.

The event offered visitors health information (including a safe sleep demonstration), supplies, a raffle and free baby items. It was sponsored by the Southern Nevada Health District and its partners, including the Nevada Maternal and Child Health Coalition.
