A man has been arrested for allegedly killing and dumping a dog in a garbage bag in Shelton, police said.
The police department said the arrest stems from a video that surfaced in which the man admits to killing a dog.
As a part of their investigation, police obtained additional video showing the man with the dead dog in a garbage bag.
