A man is in stable condition after he was shot early Sunday morning, officials said. Around 3 a.m., Orlando police responded to the Popeye’s parking lot near Bruton Boulevard and Columbia Street for a shooting. The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the chest. The shooter fled the scene before officers arrived. Investigators believe an argument preceded the shooting. At this time, no information about the shooter has been released other than he is believed to be a man.
