WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) — The Windsor Police Department has announced the passing of Officer Louis Clayton.
According to the department, Officer Clayton passed away on Nov. 8 while off duty. “Officer Clayton served with dedication and honor, and his loss has deeply impacted our department and community,” said the Windsor Police Department.
