William Lenihan, AIA, NCARB has been named a member of the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts. Lenihan is a principal and partner of Tevebaugh Architecture based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. The firm’s areas of practice include civic, cultural, academic, healthcare, corporate, and industrial project types. His extensive experience in architecture, planning, and design includes prominent institutional, cultural, and historic preservation projects including Ammi B. Young-designed 1855 historic Custom House, Schwartz Center for the Arts, State of Delaware Family Courthouses and Family Justice Centers, University of Delaware College of Health Sciences, Brandywine Conversancy Museum of Art, First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry, and several regional Transit Centers on the Northeast Corridor.

TidalHealth announced the addition of Katherine Goth, MD, as a family medicine obstetrician at TidalHealth OB/GYN in Seaford, Del. She also serves as TidalHealth’s family medicine residency program director.

Dr. Goth earned her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Va.; completed her Family and Community Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Md.; and received additional residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Goth comes with several years of experience in leadership roles in family medicine residency and medical student education. She served as Core Faculty Associate and Director of Family Medicine Obstetrics at The Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pa., as well as Assistant Professor at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Goth is a member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.


Diamond Technologies, Inc named Glen Gray the director of business development. Gray will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating customized technology solutions focusing on state and local governments.

Gray brings invaluable experience in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership within a diverse client background. His history of driving revenue and profit growth and his proven track record in cultivating opportunities within the public sector and large accounts will be instrumental in solidifying Diamond’s position in the Tri-state area as a leader in technology solutions.

Gray’s previous experience includes over 25 years in IT professional services as a senior client executive driving significant increases in both revenue and profit growth. Gray also served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce from 2017 – 2019 and was Board Chair for the Delaware Historical Society in 2012 and 2013.

Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) is pleased to announce that Chad S. Warren, PE, Christopher M. Daube, PE, and Payton L. Bridge, AIA, NCARB have been appointed to associates of the firm.

Joining the firm in 2014 as an intern, Warren, a senior civil engineer, has worked his way up the ranks at DBF’s Milford, Delaware office location to become one of the firm’s newest associates. His work includes various commercial and residential projects across the Delmarva Peninsula, providing services ranging from project management, stormwater management, grading plans, and construction administration to preliminary engineering, project permitting, and land
planning.

Senior Structural Engineer Daube, in addition to becoming an associate, has been promoted to director of DBF’s structural engineering department. Most recently, he has served as the lead structural engineer for the expansion and renovation of Mardela Middle and High School in Wicomico County, as well as the Talbot County Free Library in St. Michaels. Daube is also involved in numerous military projects in the mid-Atlantic area. He is responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures throughout Delaware and Maryland to ensure their functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Bridge, a senior architect in DBF’s office in Salisbury, Maryland, has also earned associate status, leading numerous high-profile projects. These projects include the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center in Salisbury, the Atlantic Crown Hotel and the up-and-coming Rehoboth Beach Patrol Building in Delaware. In addition, Bridge is currently working on major capital renovations to the Talbot County Public Safety Complex in Easton. Bridge has elevated the firm’s reputation and solidified himself as a leader and mentor within the firm.
