WILMINGTON — A buyer has been found just three months after the Concord Mall was listed for sale.
Philadelphia-area firm Abrams Realty & Development told the Philadelphia Business Journal it intends to buy the north Wilmington mall, which has close to 800,000 square feet of retail space, for redevelopment purposes.
