Nick Holz is coming back to Las Vegas.
Longtime Raiders assistant and former UNLV offensive coordinator Nick Holz has been named the Raiders’ new offensive passing game coordinator.
Holz most recently served as offensive coordinator of the Tennessee Titans, where he worked with new Raiders assistant head coach Mike McCoy.
After starting his coaching career in the college ranks with Nebraska and Stanford, Holz broke into the NFL with the Raiders as an offensive assistant in 2012.
He served in a variety of roles with the organization until 2022 when he was named the offensive coordinator at UNLV.
The 41-year-old Bay Area native spent one year with the Rebels before serving as the Jaguars passing game coordinator in 2023 and moving on to Tennessee the last two seasons as offensive coordinator.
Holz, a former walk-on wide receiver and holder at Colorado, has a chance to work with a No. 1 draft pick quarterback for a second straight season.
The Titans selected Cam Ward with the top pick last year, and the Raiders are widely expected to draft Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza at the top of the draft in April.
