We’re halfway through the 2023 college football season, and the country’s top quarterbacks have emerged.
Washington Huskies quarterback Michael Penix is playing clean football and has the Huskies off to a 6-0 start. Michigan’s J.J. McCarthy has the Wolverines off to an excellent start. Michigan’s second half of the season features a pair of tough games against Penn State and Ohio State.
Georgia football quarterback Carson Beck is in his first year as a starter, but is already among the top quarterbacks in the country. Carson Beck has passed for a lot of yardage, but the Georgia offense has struggled to score touchdowns in the red zone. Beck has thrown an interception in three straight games. If Beck can limit turnovers and improve his red zone efficiency, then he could finish the season as college football’s top graded quarterback.
