A warm front lifting through the state on Monday will cause mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms that will contain some locally heavy downpours.
It will be a very humid day with dew points in the upper 60s and low 70s in northern portions of the state and mainly in the 70s in southern sections.
There is a small chance that thunderstorms contain damaging wind, hail or even possibly a tornado, but should there end up being a few hours of sunshine and it is not mostly cloudy, that risk will greatly increase.
High temperatures will be in the upper 70s and 80s.
