STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The Stratford Police Department and state police are asking the public for assistance in locating an armed and dangerous woman who was involved in an armed robbery last month.
On March 19 Stratford officers responded to the Stratford Motor Inn on 2200 Stratford Ave. after a victim reported being robbed at gunpoint. The victim described the suspects as being two males and one female who managed to gain possession of cash and personal belongings.
The female suspect, 37-year-old Brittany Rondeau of Marlborough, continues to evade officials. Rondeau is Caucasian, stands five feet and four inches tall, and weighs around 130 pounds. She has three distinguishing tattoos: a sunflower on her upper right arm, a wing/face on her left upper arm, and a sun-style design on the center of her lower back.
Police say Rondeau is to be considered armed and dangerous. Her felony arrest warrant includes charges of robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, larceny in the third degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.
Rondeau is also wanted by state police for escaping custody.
Two men were arrested for their involvement in this robbery: 59-year-old Jack Madison and 34-year-old Courtney Estaba.
Both men have been charged with robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery, larceny in the third degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.
