Good Friday Afternoon!

Some rain and showers are still pushing through Central Alabama and more heading into our area from our West. Should be a wet afternoon with some heavier shower activity coming from 5pm through about 9pm tonight. Beyond that, we should be pretty clear of rain aside from a few spotty showers and some increasing clouds. We will wake up Saturday morning with those clouds lingering and temperatures in the mid to upper 50s, but the sun will make an appearance warming us up to our ~75 degrees. Saturday presents itself to be a pretty nice day aside from the on-and-off cloud coverage. Our next rain chance does come on Sunday, those chances of rain are heavier and greater to our south.

In the long term, we can expect a pretty nice start to the work week. Temperatures will trend slightly below average thanks to a cooler air mass moving its way into our area with highs in the 60s and some lows down into the 30s. Because of this, Tuesday morning could…
