The Carolina Panthers and Bryce Young’s rookie season probably could not have gone much worse as the team finished 2-15 and fired head coach Frank Reich after a putrid 1-10 start. To make matters worse, despite having the worst record in the league, the Panthers don’t have their first-round pick (No. 1 overall) as they traded it to the Chicago Bears a year ago to move up to select Young.

So heading into year two, Young will have a new coaching staff in place, no first-round picks for support and one of the worst active offensive rosters in football. In 2023, the Panthers didn’t have any running backs exceed the 1,000-yard mark and only one receiver had over 600 yards receiving – a 33-year old Adam Thielen. First-time head coach Dave Canales has a lot of hole’s to fill on the Panthers roster to fill, fortunately the defensive side is pretty well taken care of.
