This Whipped Feta Bruschetta Dip is super flavorful and sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your next party or event! The thick, creamy whipped Feta is full of tangy, lemon-garlicky goodness, and it’s topped with juicy tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil, and drizzled with sweet and tangy Balsamic glaze. My husband kept saying “this is so good” while he was trying it, so I knew it was a keeper! Plus, it doesn’t need to be heated at all and it comes together in 10-15 minutes. This dip tastes great served with pita chips, melba toasts, toasted bread slices, vegetables, or crackers. You’ll probably want to dip everything in it! Not only is this Whipped Feta Bruschetta Dip full of flavor and perfect for parties, but a ¼ cup serving is just 81 calories or 3 WW Point on Weight Watchers! Recipe Notes:

  • How to Serve: This dip tastes great served with pita chips, melba toasts, toasted bread slices, vegetables, or crackers. Try serving it with a few options for dipping!
  • Making Ahead: You could definitely make the Feta layer and Bruschetta topping a few hours ahead if need be and then just assemble the dip when needed. I would just pour the whipped Feta onto the plate you’re using to serve and refrigerate until needed. Put the Bruschetta topping in a separate container, and then when ready to serve you can just spoon it over the Feta and drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
  • Balsamic Glaze: Balsamic glaze is a reduction of balsamic vinegar, but there is no need to make your own! Many brands sell store-bought balsamic glaze in squeeze bottles, making it super easy to drizzle over your dip. Wegmans and Trader Joe’s both have store-brand versions, but I have seen some type of squeeze-bottle balsamic glaze at every one of my local stores.

Whipped Feta Bruschetta Dip

This Whipped Feta Bruschetta Dip is super flavorful and sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your next party or event!

For the Whipped Feta

  • 6 oz crumbled Feta cheese
  • 3 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

For the Bruschetta Topping:

  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 teaspoons balsamic glaze, (can be found in squeeze bottles in most grocery stores)
  • For the Whipped Feta: Place the Feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, and lemon zest into the bowl of your food processor. Cover and run the food processor for a few minutes, stopping once or twice if needed to wipe down the sides with a spatula to make sure all the ingredients are incorporated, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour the whipped Feta onto a platter or into a 9-inch pie plate and spread across the surface. Place in the fridge until needed (you can do this step ahead of time if desired).

  • For the Bruschetta Topping: In a mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, salt, and pepper and then stir together to combine. Spoon the bruschetta topping across the surface of the feta layer. Drizzle 2-3 teaspoons of balsamic glaze over the top and serve!
