The 2019 World Series of Poker Europe festival is set to kick off on Sunday, October 13 and run through November 4 at the King’s Resort in Rozvadov, Czech Republic. This marks the third straight year that the WSOPE has taken place near the Czech municipality which borders on Germany.

The tournament series offers something for poker players of every level, with buy-in ranging from as low as €350 opening event, all the way up to the ultra-high-stakes €250,000 buy-in super high roller. A total of 15 gold bracelets will be awarded during the series, with more than €22,000,000 in guaranteed prize money set to be paid out. Four new events were added to the schedule in late August, including the previously mentioned €250,000 high roller, a €25,500 mixed game championship, a €2,500 eight-game event, and a €2,500 short deck event.

“We heard the feedback and are happy to add some mixed games and some bigger buy-in tournaments in order to encourage more players to make the trip,” King’s Resort owner Leon Tsoukernik said in a WSOP press release announcing the new additions to the schedule. “After hosting some big events here at King’s recently, players insisted to me they would come back to WSOP Europe if we added a few additional tournaments. So, we have now done so and we look forward to welcoming them with this revised WSOP Europe schedule in October.”

“Coming off the success of the 50th Annual World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, we took another look at the initial WSOPE schedule and felt we could enhance it,” said WSOP Vice President Jack Effel. “Leon and his team have been great partners for WSOP Europe and while the dates of the 2019 event haven’t changed, we were able to find some room to add some exciting new events that will drive bigger prize pools and keep players busy.”

Despite the updates to the bracelet-event schedule, the centerpiece of the whole affair will still be the €5 million guaranteed €10,350 buy-in WSOP Europe no-limit hold’em main event that is set to run from Oct. 25 – 31. In 2018 British poker pro Jack Sinclair outlasted a field of 534 entries in the event to earn the top prize of $1,290,575 and his first WSOP gold bracelet.
