Illinois Governor Pritzker is criticizing the Trump Administration after FEMA denied the state’s appeal for federal disaster aid following last August’s severe storms and flooding.
FEMA stated that additional federal assistance is not justified under the Stafford Act.
The denial affects requests for Individual Assistance in Boone, Cook, Kane, McHenry, and Will counties.
