I recently traveled to St. Thomas, Barbados with a team of Elon University masters students to produce a series of promotional videos for The Challenor Creative Arts & Training Centre. The Adult Training Facility is a technical, vocational, and educational training centre that offers three separate vocational training programs for adults with mild intellectual disabilities. When students finish they are equipped with the skills needed to gain employment in woodworking, sewing & crafts, or culinary arts.
