Boulder police have arrested for Jennifer LeMaire (DOB: 03/31/1974) for Careless Driving Resulting in Bodily Injury and Vulnerable Road User in connection with the crash that occurred in the area of Folsom Street and Bluff Street, on Sept. 20, at approximately 12:21 p.m.

LeMaire was driving a 2016 gray Range Rover southbound on Folsom Street from Valmont Road. Investigators have determined that she veered to the left, while traveling southbound in the 2300-2400 block of Folsom Street and collided with a cyclist who was traveling northbound on Folsom Street, most likely in the bike lane. The Range Rover then went over the east curb of Folsom, continuing southbound and collided with two parked vehicles.

The cyclist was transported to Boulder Community Hospital then flown to Denver Health where he currently remains.
