The City of Boulder Sales Tax & Licensing Division is changing the city’s sales tax operating system in early 2020 and proposing some policy and process changes to complement the new city sales tax operating system, reflect government best practices and align with the city’s Sustainability and Resilience goals.

Sales Tax & Licensing officials want to know what the business community thinks.  With that in mind, the city will host an open house Sept. 10, at the Boulder Municipal Building at 1777 Broadway from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Businesses and members of the public are also encouraged to provide feedback on the proposed changes via an online feedback form which will be available until Sept.13.

A link to the form is available at: www.bouldercolorado.gov/tax-license/online-tax City Council will be reviewing the suggested changes Oct. 22.
