Community members can get a taste of the research and innovation happening at the University of Colorado Boulder next week with a myriad of faculty- and student-led events.

The university’s second annual Research and Innovation Week will include facility tours, a research showcase and talks about climate change, plant-based “meat” and more.

There also will be a film screening of the HBO documentary “Ice on Fire,” followed by a panel discussion about climate change mitigation.

The events are free and open to the public. Some events, including the film screening, require an RSVP.
